With me being computer challenged AND living in Colorado at the time of deciding to sell. Melissa held my hand and walked me through all the details of the documents via phone. She went to my house since I couldn’t and helped do some more cleaning, got rid of odds and ends that were left behind and just about had her husband do some yard work to make it presentable to new owners.
