I would never choose any agent other than Melissa Boucher to sell or buy a home. She is the most customer-oriented and effective agent we've ever met. For the sale of our Medina home, Melissa helped us sell the house at a price that set the record for price/square foot in Medina, and it happened in under 10 days. We’ve engaged a number of real estate agents over the years, and have been generally pleased with most. Melissa, however, stood apart and engaged us on a different level. She intuitively read our situation, understood our timeline, and recognized our preference to drive and manage the process, rather than be pushed or led.
