Melissa was extremely responsive go our needs. We began our search for our new home in December 2025. We had a conversation before our first showing about what our preferences were for our new home. She immediately set up a search for us which was updated on a regular basis. We worked together to fine tune and changed the search during the course of six months. Melissa sent us a link to a house in an area we had not considered which turned out to be the area we recently closed on house. Melissa is an excellent communicator and negotiator and respected our needs. We highly recommend Melissa as a Realtor and would not hesitate to have her assist us again, if needed, in the future.
