Melissa was extremely patient with me when I kept pushing the listing date back. She kept me informed, gave me tips on how to maximize the showability of my house and walked me through the entire process. I would text her random questions/concerns which she answered quickly and helped to calm my worries. When she presented the offers to me, she explained how this one might be better than that so I could make an informed decision. Should we sell our current home, I'm definitely hiring Melissa and recommending her to everyone I know.
