The housing market in 2021 was ridiculous. Melissa worked with my wife and I to sell our starter home and buy new construction. Both of these transactions were new to us, and Melissa was a wise, knowledgeable source of reassurance for us for almost a year as we waited for the new construction home to be built and make sure our existing house was sold promptly and without any big surprises. Any time we called or texted we knew our questions and concerns were heard, understood and helpfully answered. When we got off the phone with Melissa we felt more calm and confident about whatever surprise was waiting for us in 2021.
