This is our 6th house purchase. Melissa made this the best home purchase experience we've had. She listened to understand our wants, used her knowledge of the market area, steering us to safe areas, close to our shopping and recreation wants, and homes that matched our home preferences. We put her under a lot of pressure as we needed to close this deal very quickly, wanting to close hunting, sale of old home, and new purchase in 6 weeks. We spent 4 weekends searching the new house, and closed on both houses 2 weeks later. When we found the perfect home, I wanted to offer very close to asking price to make sure we got that home. Melissa explained to us the market conditions, the new house listed for 6 months, with price drops over time, assuring me that we could go much lower and get that home. Her market knowledge was on target, saving us significant money in the purchase. After the sale she a contact list for utilities locally, got us answers from the previous owner about questions we had on the house, and set us up with a local insurance company for the house insurance. This home has a new roof. We had our 1st really hard rain 2 weeks after moving in and saw a leak in the kitchen. We reached out to Melissa and she got us the name of the roofer the next day and a visit from the roofer on day 2. This is excellent service, beyond her duties as our realtor. She stopped by last week to make sure things were going well for us, check up on the leak issue, and recommended several local restaurants. I mentioned to her that that I wanted to restart some old hobbies of fishing and frisbee golf as I just retired. I told her I found a park 20 minutes away as they had a frisbee golf course I wanted to play. She recommended one 4 miles away, that I was not aware of, where I can both fish and play frisbee golf. We consider her as our realtor and our friend. Excellent at her job and a new friend.

Melissa had gone beyond helpful. We were from out of town and she always made the time to show us around. Jax, orange park, green cove, fleming and all over. We bought a house 10 days ago and she is still taking our calls and assisting us. She's very thoughtful of our needs. She is wonderful.
