Melissa was great with us. She made this process extremely easy and worry-free. We called her to put our apartment on sale with one price, and thanks to her and her team they get back to me letting me know that the apartment was worth more, so they increase the price and got me a contract for the full amount. During the whole time I didn't have to do anything, she was always there and took care of everything. She also, brought a professional photograph to take the pictures and the pics were looking great. Three days later we have the apartment under contract. Basically my unit was only 4 days in the market. She's very professional and knowledgeable. We really trust in her for future deals. She and her team are the ones to go to for us.
