Melissa A Sontheimer

Melissa has an amazing personality And goes above and beyond to make sure you are getting exactly what you are looking for. I could not have asked for a better realtor. O would recommend her to anyone looking in the area.

I met Melissa after I had worked with & parted ways with 3 other agents during my relocation to FLA from Ohio. I've bought & sold many houses, and she is unmatched in professionalism, caring, & honesty. She told me what areas to avoid, where the best resale market will be, and even advised when I "fell in love" with a house that she knew wasn't for me. I've since recommended her to my clients moving from overseas, and they have been thrilled. She sold me my first home in FLA, we sold that one 3 years later and she found me my dream house - under budget on the water this year. Oh & she is an amazing negotiator as well. :-)

Melissa is professional and personable. Three years ago we took a family vacation to St. Pete and we fell in love. We met with Melissa and told her how much we loved the area and eventually wanted to move to the area. She stayed in touch with us over those 3 years and sent us many listings. This last December we vacationed again and she set up many showings. We moved here from Utah in March!! Melissa is too in the industry!!
