I had a great experience working with Melisa to buy our first home.

I was thoroughly impressed by Melisa's professionalism. First, she was very organized. She sent my husband all available houses well in advance to allow us time to go through them and decide which ones we wanted to view. Once we settled on the ones we liked, she printed their descriptions ahead of the meeting and planned the viewing in that we saw just enough houses without wasting time or being too exhausted. Second, she communicated very clearly throughout the process and answered all the questions we had, seeing it was our first time going through the process. Third, she was very knowledgeable of the area we bought and her vast experience in the real estate business was an asset because she properly guided us into making a great house selection. We really love our new home. Her vast experience was also invaluable through the home inspection and mortgage approval processes. We went back and forth severally with the mortgage company, and she was there with us the entire time holding our hands and guiding us through the process. Overall, Melisa was amazing. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell.
