It was my husband’s and my first time buying a home, so of course we had tons of questions. Melisa was always available when we needed to reach her (it’s like this girl has her phone glued to her hand at all times!). She took control and helped us with contacting our sales rep, and loan officer (which was a story in and of itself) when something needed to be done. Melisa walked us through every step of the process, provided suggestions, and ultimately landed us our dream home in an amazing community.
