I cannot recommend Melisa Hatfield highly enough! Since I was out of state for the entire process, she truly handled everything from start to finish. From coordinating cleaners and photographers, managing the junk removal, and even emptying the refrigerator, to setting up a remote closing with the title company, Melisa did it all.
