The best part of working with Melisa is she is very careful to only speak to things she knows (which is a lot), and does the due diligence on items she doesn't have answers for. For someone who personally works in the commercial real estate industry, I can say Melisa has a very good understanding of the financial aspects of buying a home and has amazing contacts that can help with the home buying process.
