Melisa did and exceptional job selling my home! She knew just how to list my home to attract clients and was always available to view it. She told me that I have a lovely home and she believes it will sell within one week…to my surprise I had a buyer within four days. When it came to the new CO requirements for Toms River, she was very knowledgeable about the whole process and advised me when to file permits and schedule inspections so as not to delay my closing.
