From the beginning, Melisa was interested in really understanding what we were looking for. She asked great questions and helped us sort through the complexities of everything we had to consider. She then suggested in which neighborhoods we likely to find what we were looking for. Her deep knowledge of solar power was reassuring since we’re new to the area. At each showing she pointed out the good and the bad, and checked in on our “wants” to see how well the houses matched. She was helpful with valuable advice and assistance throughout the process, and her Friday check-ins were great opportunities to make sure we were on track.

She even helped us negotiate with the sellers we were dealing with to get the price down to exactly what we were wanting to pay. Even after closing she has followed up with an issue with the homeowner's association to be sure all issues were resolved. I can't say enough about her professionalism and ability to get things done!
