Melinda was a fantastic! I'd highly recommend! We were first time purchasers and our property ended up having a lot of surprises in the process. She was highly professional, gave us great advice and worked with us on all our decisions. She was also a great resource for recommendations on other services since we weren't from the area. Not to mention, she was lovely to work with - we feel really lucky to have found Melinda as our realtor!
