I can't say enough great things about Melinda. My husband and I had been looking at home for a few years so we had met and dealt with several different realtors. When we were finally in a position to purchase a home, we contacted a few realtors, some of which either never returned our phone calls or had limited availability to show homes. My husband contacted Melinda because she was the listing agent on one of the homes we were possibly interested in, and she immediately responded. Throughout the entire process of searching for a home, she was extremely responsive and always available to answer any of our concerns or questions, even on her day off. She was also very knowledgeable and honest about the homes we would tour, so we knew right away that she truly cared about us and our needs. I was a lot more picky than my husband, yet she was always very patient with us and ready to show us more houses. She knew what was on our must have list (school district, property size) and never tried to pursuade us or direct us to something else. She wanted to show us a house that she said she knew we would fall in love with, and even though I wasn't impressed with the photos, I decided to take a look anyway. She couldn't of been more right - my husband and I fell in love with the property and the house right away. It probably had almost everything on our wishlist, and I appreciated the fact that she really knew our style and exactly what we were looking for. Melinda made this whole process for us a lot easier than it would have been with anyone else, and she gave us a lot of insight and advice along the way.
