Melinda is very Nice and Knowledgable. There were times where it was tough trying to get into contact and communicate with Melinda or her associates as she went on Vacation in the final week of our closing. Fact is we closed on time. When we listed she put in the time and effort to make sure our home looked beautiful. It might just be my inexperience as a seller and feeling like i needed a little more hand holding in the final process, as a lot of our questions and concerns went unanswered or left for us to figure it out for ourselves. Like i said, she got the job done and when she said it would be.
