Prior to selling our home we used Melinda as our property manager while we were renting our home for 9 years. Melinda and her employees were great while we used them as property managers and so we decided to go with them when selling our home. Do to her expertise of the current market, we had several offers within 2 days of listing our home & had it sold & waiting for final closure by the end of the first week of being on the market. Melinda's knowledge and advice through the whole process was such a blessing and made our experience seamless. She stayed on top of everything and made sure that even though we were out of state that everything with the closing went smoothly.
