Melinda was extremely helpful in getting the sale of this property completed even though we had tenants in the home that were not very cooperative. She kept me informed every step of the way. She dealt directly with the tenants so I didn't have to get involved. She advised me on issues I should just provide allowances for in closing rather than trying to make repairs myself. She brought me three offers, all above asking price and provided me with the advantages and disadvantages of each. We closed within the required time frame of the accepted offer. I recommend her highly, and would certainly use her again in selling my property.
