When we first contacted Melinda to purchase a 'holiday home', we had not decided what we were looking for. As a start, she showed us a great variety of places, from condos and townhomes to single family homes. Seeing this variety helped us to narrow down our search to what would best fit what we desired. On subsequent visits to the area, she then showed us what was available within our price range, always having the info and specs prepared ahead of time for us to easily compare one property to the next. Her knowledge of the area was helpful a few times with comments on how driving might be during winter months, etc, and distance to amenities. We did find a wonderful cabin and to top off the process, while it was listed as being fully furnished, Melinda wrote in the offer to include all kitchenware and linen, something we would not have thought to do. When the seller agreed, this allowed us to walk into our cabin ready to go as of the closing day and allowing us to make changes slowly as we have time, instead of having to furnish our place with all things big and small. I would definitely recommend Melinda - she listens and understands what you are looking for as a buyer and does a wonderful job of finding matches based on your comments and requests.
