As a first time home buyer, I didn’t know what to expect which was a little intimidating for me. I knew I wanted to get into purchasing a home but it seemed like it was a dream that more than likely wouldn’t happen right now. I was still curious and I kept an eye on the market, I noticed a little home and I just wanted to ask how I can get ready to be ready to buy. Melinda responded quickly. She gave me the information to people she recommended and little do I know I am now a homeowner. I am so happy I took a leap of faith and Melinda believed in me every step of the way. I never once had to be on her to get information or if she has heard anything or if she knows of any update. She would reach out to me first, when I would ask questions she would answer them promptly and she would also advise me on what to expect next. I am beyond happy with how she treated me and my daughter, she accommodated to my work schedule and encouraged me to take a the leap of faith and I am so happy she is my realtor. I will 100% recommend to anyone looking for a home.
