Freedom First properties and their stellar team worked incredibly hard to get us into our home! Freedom First had the difficult task of finding two houses within blocks from each other; a home for my family and I, and one for my sister and her family. To make matters more complicated, we also had to sell our individual homes before buying. There's were sooooo many contingencies and hurdles that had to be overcome. Freedom First properties are seriously miracle workers!!! Not only were they able to find my sister and her husband their dream home but also our dream home just around the block from each other!!! My sister's family and ours each wanted bedrooms both upstairs and downstairs, they wanted a pool-we didn't, we both wanted great school districts and safe neighborhoods. The Freedom First team worked seamlessly together with our lender and to make sure our contingencies were quickly lifted. They worked tirelessly and professionally to meet all timelines and negotiated with diligence and wisdom to make sure we didn't overpay or get stuck with horrendous out-of-pocket repairs after move in. We're so thankful for them!
