Melinda is very knowledgeable and capable. She worked hard to take care of everything with house sale! My only constructive comment is that May-July was so busy for her, putting multiple houses for sale at the same time wasn’t ideal for doing the best job possible. Some details were missed. But I understand and I don’t hold this against her. She does a great job!

I need more than 5 stars for Melinda! Melinda exceeds all the qualifications you would want your realtor to have—years of experience and knowledge of the market. She knew all the builder’s floorplans in my search area and took the time to understand what I wanted, so we knew which properties to target. She knew how to craft the offer so that I had the winning offer, despite multiple other offers. But, what really sets her apart from the crowd is how she always goes the extra mile for her clients. For example, my new home needed flooring and she actually came to the store with me to help me evaluate options. Her willingness to help her clients doesn’t stop after you close—if you need a repair or have a project, she knows who to contact for the job and she follows up until the project is complete. I highly, highly recommend Melinda Howlett!

I had used Melinda in the past to help me sell my home during a divorce, she was fantastic, supportive and understanding and provided feedback and advice as needed.
