We had trouble selling our house as the interest rates were rising. We tried another agent but had no success. The rates were rising faster than we could price drop and we were getting nervous about the value of the home. We had already moved out of the area and were juggling two house payments. Melinda and her team came in and were so effective and efficient! Although they didnt live in the area they drove down to SD in order to assess the house and hold open houses for us. I cant say enough about their customer service and desire to work for us. This was a very stressful experience for my family and Melinda was able to put us at ease while selling the house within a month. I cant thank her enough and would gladly recommend her to anyone looking to put their home on the market!

As first time home buyers, Melinda made it appear that no problem we presented to her was too big or too small. Melinda is a wonderful realtor and point person because she takes the information/problem, gets support when necessary from others, and follows up to make sure everything has been handled. I am confident that Melinda will continue to commit all of her stellar qualities to other first time home buyers.
