We were seniors downsizing after 54 years in one house. Mindy was amazing. She solved every problem, thought through all the options, found the right people to help (having knowledge and alternatives for every need). We were able to sell our house "as is" quickly and every issue with buyer finances, demands, inspections, etc. was dealt with fairly and in good time. My husband is disabled and she was able to arrange for ways to get things done without his traveling out many times. She got back to us immediately everytime and laid out alternatives. She had a large network of people she could go to for knowledge and was a good evaluator of her own experience with the many glitches that accompany all property transactions. Nothing perturbed her and she removed all anxiety from the experience. We were beyond satisfied.
