Mindy is a very knowledgeable and intelligent Realtor. She knows the current market prices. On the first visit she brought a printout of similar property’s to mine to give me an idea of what is selling and for how much. My condo was priced accordingly. Literally she is only an e-mail or phone call away. She arranged everything starting with the photos for the realty sites. She has a keen sense of how to make the condo look it’s best first for the photos and then for the viewings. Once there was an offer she handled everything from dealing with my realty lawyer, the offer, the P&S, the fire alarm etc. I didn’t have to worry about anything. She is a Notary Public. She arranged for all the documents to be e-mailed to me to sign and they were overnighted to the Attorneys. The closing was seamlessly executed. Mindy is the realtor who will assist you from day 1 in the buying/selling process. She is extremely nice and friendly. I would highly recommend.

Because we sold so fast we needed to find a storage bed, which she found because we were having no luck and our daughters room needed to be painted ASAP and she brought in an amazing painter who took care of us in just a day.
