I came from out of state needing to find a home to buy. For four days Melinda devoted herself to me totally, with concern for my situation and the patience of a saint. I felt like I was with someone I had known for years. I put a contract on a house and then had to go back to my home state. Melinda met with inspectors and engineers in my absence and forwarded various papers, contracts and reports to me. In the end there were aspects of the house I was uncomfortable with and I asked Melinda to pull the contract. After all that work she had put in on my behalf, she went out of her way to not let me feel bad about my decision and the waste of her efforts. A few weeks later I was back to do it all over again and again Melinda treated me like I was the most important person in her life. After another four or five days I found a house and put a contract on it. I then went back to my home state to pack up and prepare to move. Melinda met with repair people and house cleaners so that when I arrived at my new home with a truck full of furniture, the house was pristine and welcoming. She went far beyond what I would expect a real estate agent to do for a client. I highly recommend Melinda and now consider her to be a personal friend.
