Melina went above and beyond in all phases of the transaction. During closing there was a hiccup and there was a $ issue that could have held up the process. I didn’t have my checkbook (expecting all the funds wired) and she pulled out her checkbook to close, without me even asking!

Finding Melina was a fluke. We didn't think we were ready for an agent yet and we certainly weren't buying on this first scouting trip to Florida. Melina knew all that when she offered to show us a home we'd seen online. She pulled comps, asked some insightful questions about our objectives. Then Melina showed us two more houses similar to the first. The third house caught our attention...and...we made an offer. Her advice on how to craft the offer got us the house!
