Melia is absolutely incredible. If you're looking for an agent that is looking out for your best interest you've fond the one. Not only did she go to bat for us on a number of issues, but she was in constant contact throughout the entire process and kept us informed of what to expect. I'm still shocked we managed to find the perfect home in a single day! We had another agent take the same criteria and sent us on a wild goose chase to houses that were nowhere near what we were looking for. That's when we decided to take suggestions and my girlfriend's cousin had nothing to say but great things about Melia and now I know why. I really can't fully express how impressed I was with Melia's performance. She deserves a sixth star in every category. I'm a first time buyer and will be using her services again when I look towards my next home purchase.
