Melba knew we had a deadline of 30 days to sell our home and MY GOODNESS DID SHE DELIVER!! We had signed a contract on another home with a 30 day contingency to sell our home. She worked so hard, open houses, wine party for realtors, and lots of advertising by Melba assured a sale within our 30 days! I absolutely highly recommend Melba!!
