I've worked with Melanie in 2014 when renting an apartment and in 2015 when buying a home - both experiences were easy and enjoyable, so when I went to sell my house at the end of 2019, I knew I would bring Melanie on board to help. She and I spent the last four months in (almost) daily communication while we dealt with 3 different buyers. The first buyer dropped out of contract after their due diligence period and Melanie helped me through every step of filing a claim against the buyer. Melanie suggested a great lawyer to represent me and helped me gather support so that I would win... and I did! Melanie did all of this while re-listing and finding new buyers, she was communicative and right there with me every step of the way. She caught mistakes from various parties involved, including the title company who erroneously charged me for things they shouldn't have at the final closing. Melanie is an honest realtor who knows the ins and outs of real estate, she is bold and willing to do what it takes to keep the buying/selling process rolling, even when dealing with others who are not as experienced. This was my first experience in selling my home which I truly loved but under the circumstances it was time to move on and Melanie was so efficient and caring to handle the sale of my home it brought me so much comfort and ease.
