We weren't yet convinced that we wanted to move, so we contacted Melanie to begin looking for just the right home. She was diligent in searching and relaying listings she believed we would be interested in and was quick to respond to our requests for showings. Once we found the right home, she worked with us in negotiating the price and we sealed the deal! Melanie moved quickly to put our house on the market at a fair price and it sold in just a few days! We would definitely recommend her for buying or selling a home.
