Mel is a Rockstar! She listened and knew exactly what we wanted. She is honest, no BS, and works her A$$ off! Not only was Mel our realtor, she has been our friend for over 30 years.

Originally we weren’t in a hurry to buy. She was very respectful of this and shared homes as they came up. As soon as we were ready to jump on a house, she responded quickly, advocated for us, gave great advice on the process, was honest about the homes’ (pricing, good neighborhood, fixes the house may need, etc) and was so so friendly! She gave great recommendations for an inspector, painter, carpet, roofer, etc. We will definitely be recommending Melanie as long as she is in business!! We love her!
