Melanie, worked with us for almost a year to sell this house. She worked diligently to ensure selling this property despite multiple failed contracts due to buyers' failed ability to close. Each time a contract would be cancelled she was able to enter into a new contract at full asking price with in a shot matter of time. It was a long process due to reasons out of our control or hers but she stood by our side and got us to the finish line.
