Melanie Sims

I am planning to move from Illinois to Tennessee and was working with Ms. Sims to view properties when I was visiting the area in September. I provided her with a list of properties I was interested in viewing. I had asked to view them on Friday, but she had other engagements so moved to Saturday morning. When I called her on Saturday to see where we were to meet she stated that she had other commitments and perhaps we could view the properties the next time I came to town. The fact that I had driven 10 hours didn't seem to have any impact. I thanked her and ended our conversation. Ms. Sims actions were discourteous and completely unacceptable, causing a very disappointing, and upsetting experience. Needless to say, I am now looking for a professional, reliable realtor who has time to commit to showing me properties.
