Melanie was amazing! She was so patient with us through the whole process. By the end, we had looked at a total of 56 houses and made about 6 different offers. It was such a competitive market but Melanie helped guide us and give advice on how to proceed. She was always honest with us and very knowledgeable on what to look out for when it came to defects/damage at different properties. Even after blowing up her phone with so many listings we wanted to see, she never got sick of us (at least to our knowledge lol). She also sold our condo for us and had the best photographer come in to make the space look amazing online! Highly recommend her!

Truthfully I was going to just sell by owner but decided I didn't want the hassle so looked up real estate agent near me and found Nicole City Agency. It was the Best decision I made. Melanie was so professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I could not believe it but she had my house sold for way more than asking price - in ONE WEEK! Very happy. I found I could call her at any time and she always got back to me..she helped us through all our problems.. as for being older we are not as savvy as many of her clients but she always took the time for us. I never realized how involved it was.. selling a house.. how much paperwork.. etc and she was our realtor... thanks Mel.. and God Bless
