Melanie proactively reached out to me about my home in town as an up and coming realtor in the area she worked hard to drum up business and make a client list based on her hometown knowledge. When it was time to sell my moms condo she had it sold after one showing! She did a lot of leg work and kept me in the loop with calls or text messages.
