Very patient and knowledgeable!
Melanie was a huge help in guiding me through the buying process of a private sale. I am a very detailed person and she was very patient with me while I considered all of my options and helped me work out the financing with the lender and settlement company. She is very knowledgeable and knows the local market. She was there with me for the home inspection, meeting with contractors, even after the sale providing advice and support through my renovations. As a first time home buyer, this was a long process for me and Melanie was by my side the entire time. I am extremely happy I went with Melanie, she is just awesome.
