More than satisfied!

For reasons outside of ours and Melanie’s control, we had a very long and stressful house buying process. There were so many different things to navigate. Some were to be expected and others not so much. Each time we hit a bump… all I could say was “I’m so grateful to be working with Melanie”. She’s not only professional and clearly knows what she’s doing, she’s *incredibly* communicative and just a flat out a pleasure to work with. She’s kind, respectful and has such a joyful spirit! Servant-hearted is probably the best way to put it. She would always tell us what was going on and we felt as if she was really advocating for us every step of the way. Even when things became frustrating and we weren’t sure if the sale would go through, she remained calm and clearly did whatever she could to make sure the house would close. While I don’t want to move anytime soon, there is no doubt that we would use Melanie again!
