Melanie is Great!

Melanie's knowledge of the specific neighborhoods we were interested in and her sound advice during our search was invaluable to our success. She was tireless and patient...particularly since we are coming into the area from out of state. She showed us a number of listings, wrote multiple offers and finally helped us navigate into a contract and closing...all during the initial several months when Coronavirus was impacting everything and everyone was trying to figure out the "new way" of doing business. That was then...now, as we still reside in another state, she continues to "watch out" for us. She visits our home several times a week and does various things for us that we can't do. Very willingly and very selflessly. It's greatly appreciated. We liked her spirit and ethic from the first time we met her several years before actually asking her to help find a new home for us. We respect and trust her. Anyone doing business with her will understand this sentiment. She's become our friend.
