Melanie took care of all the difficult parts of the home buying experience.

This was our first time buying a home and we were very intimated by all of the rumors of the home market in Utah before we started working with Melanie. She made buying a home feel doable and gave us a lot of confidence in this experience and in the future. We ran into some problems with the seller of our property, but Melanie tackled all of the frustrating parts of the transaction without adding anything to our plate. We felt like we had a true professional on our side that sincerely had our best interest at heart. While it was always our opinion that mattered most to her, Melanie did give us excellent advice on home buying that only an expert would know. I would highly recommend Melanie to anybody looking to buy, or sell a home!
