10/10 Experience Working With Melanie!
Melanie was amazing. She made buying a new build in an up-and-coming neighborhood easy and stress-free. She negotiated with the builder and got me a few incentive options to choose from. She also helped me save money on points, which I didn’t even know was possible. When it came to payments, she gave solid advice on structuring a re-fi plan that fit my situation. Super knowledgeable, always responsive, and actually cared about getting me the best deal out of the handful of models we toured. If you're buying a home in North Houston, I'd highly recommend working with Melanie Hunt!
