Our process was a rollercoaster ride for sure, but the one thing we could ALWAYS depend on was Melanie. She was there every time we called or text and if we ever got her voicemail (which only happened once or twice in 11 months) she returned our call within minutes. We never felt dumb asking her a question and she was always open and honest through the whole process. Working with her felt more like a friendship than a business relationship. We truly felt like we were her only clients the whole time and I know this isn't the case. When it came to selling our home, we made the decision on Monday evening, she took photos on Tuesday afternoon, and had it on the market by Wednesday morning. After that, it sold within a few weeks!

She answered MANY questions that I had for being a first time homeowner and what I needed to do to get the house I wanted! She was prompt when getting back to me any time I tried to reach her and definately carries professionalism like a pro!!!

Melanie was wonderful. She is dedicated, efficient and responsive. The buying process was easy with her at our side. She's great!
