Our experience with Melanie and her team has been simply marvelous. She with her associate Michael made the treacherous and painful process of selling a home a much smoother and easier process. We were especially impressed by her negotiation skills to come to mutually agreeable value of the home for both buyer as well as seller. Without her insight and due diligence, we could not have sold our (precious) home in the most optimal timing and value. I would recommend her without any reservations to any potential seller of the home.
