Melanie was absolutely phenomenal! I cannot say enough positive things about her and her family. This was our first home and Melanie walked through each step of the process with us with kindness and patience. She never got frustrated with our questions or made us feel bad for having a plethora of questions. After our initial meeting with Melanie she set up an online profile for us where we could see houses that were on the market and would be able to quickly message her about being able to see those homes. When Melanie was unable to get us into the house, she would have her son – Colton, also a realtor – show us the home. Colton was professional and a joy to work with as well. Melanie was responsive to all texts and emails often talking with us well into the evening over potential homes. She and her husband Wade were always willing to discuss various aspects of homes with us; acting as a sounding board for things we were unsure of in potential homes. Melanie really got to know us as individuals so she could help us find a house that would truly become our home. For future realty needs, we will absolutely be using Melanie.
