Incredible work ethic, communication, and follow through. Melanie has the network to make a deal happen. I doubt many realtors in the Montgomery area can do what she does. I challenged her to make a 30 day close happen on a property with a lot of issues. She commanded an army to get after the work while handling negotiations as easy as Sunday brunch. She got it done with a week to spare. The bank started to panic because they were the last ones ready lol.
