Melanie was a God-send! Before we hired Melanie, our home had been listed with another agency for approximately 6 months. The home had very few showings and virtually no interest in spite of the fact that it was a cute home in a good location. Things changed quickly when we hired Melanie. She brought in a professional photographer to photograph the property, and she brought in a professional stager to accentuate the photographs and make the property more appealing. Once the new listing went live we had immediate interest. We had a contract on the house in approximately 2 weeks with other realtors wanting to make back-up offers. Unbelievable!
