Melanie at ARC Realty was attentive of my needs and answered all of my questions. I lived in another state, so her answers were pertinent to my decision to move in the home I now have. When she did take me to several homes in my one trip to Montgomery (airline prices were too expensive for a return trip), Melanie perceived my needs in my absence. Also, when we went to a house that was not how the listing described, she wasn't interested in the sale and noted her hesitations to me. I appreciate her input. AND because I'm new to town, she sent me recommended vendors to assist in my move. And now I'm a resident of Montgomery!
