Melanie is very knowledgeable in realestate. She has years of expierience. she has this way of making you feel like you are the only person she is working with. She pays attention to details and returns calls and emails promptly, and has helped me find and sell multiple houses. Pool houses fly off the market but with her quick responses and determination to get appointments booked to see houses we did find me one against the odds. She also respected my budget and never pushed me to spend more or made me feel uncomfortable by pressuring me to pick a house. We looked at many and it was always a pleasant expierience with Melanie's cheerful helpful demeanor.
