Melanie has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Her very outgoing demeanor and especially her honesty made this process less stressful for me. I consider her one the Top real estate agents I’ve ever worked with. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone needing to buy or sell a home. She has my complete endorsement.
We originally started with our house for sale contingent but had issues with showings not going well. Melanie suggested we stage the house and said she thought that was the way to go in our case. It worked! We went back on the market with our home staged and had an offer within a few weeks. She understands the market and what buyers like to see. Trust her when she gives you suggestions and advice, you won't regret it.
I would recommend Melanie to anyone. She was honest and up front with us from the beginning. She said she would treat us like family and she did exactly that. We had so many questions and Melanie always answered them all. She kept us on track and made sure we never missed a beat as we navigated a new experience. She helped us find the perfect home for us in the perfect neighborhood. We couldn’t be happier!!
I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Melanie! From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right home. She made the entire process feel easy and stress-free, always staying on top of every detail and keeping me in the loop. Melanie was patient with all my questions, quick to respond, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Thanks to her dedication and expertise, I found the perfect home—and I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend Melanie to anyone looking for a realtor who truly delivers!
